Refund policy

Kingdom Legacy Coaching LLC provides digital PDF resources. No physical item is shipped.

If you have a problem with a purchase, contact kingdomlegacycoaching@gmail.com with your order number, purchasing email address, and a description of the issue.

We review refund requests individually, including duplicate purchases, an incorrect file, or a download or access problem that remains unresolved after support. Where appropriate, we will first provide the correct file or help restore access.

Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. These terms do not limit any rights available under applicable law.
